Important Information

• A ticket is required for all visitors aged 2 years and above.
• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an attending adult.
• Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult.
• Ticket prices are same for children and adults.
• This package is not applicable to pregnant guests. •Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
• Attractions like- Dubai Aquarium Tunnel & Dubai Aquarium Underwater Zoo, whereas the Explorer Pass Experience is inclusive of the same as the Basic Pass Combo with addition to Glass Bottom Boat Tour.
• Accessible for Wheelchair and stroller(Excluding Rayn Encounter, Penguin Encounter).
• Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
