The Staycation / Activity marked as NON REFUNDABLE cannot be refunded in any case
Non-attendance of a joined activity due to personal reasons.
Non-participation in an event owing to lateness beyond the activity's commencement time.
Instances involving service quality concerns attributed to third-party merchants.
Inadvertent enrollment in an activity or staycation.
Voluntary activity cancellation.
Encountering physical injury or emotional distress during service participation.
Quality of Service:
It should be noted that Roamio Deals bears no responsibility for the quality of service rendered by Hotels or Activity Merchant. Nonetheless, we are committed to facilitating effective communication between our esteemed customers and Hotels / merchants to address any concerns in accordance with feedback received, ensuring the best possible outcome.
Non-Refundable Orders/Bookings:
Roamio Deals retains the prerogative to stipulate that certain orders/bookings are categorized as non-refundable.
Cancellation of an Online Order:
When cancelling an online order, users have the option to receive a refund directly to their bank account.

All cancellations must be initiated a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time to qualify for a refund.
Timeframe for Bank Account Refunds:
The process of directly refunding into a bank account may take between 10 to 15 working days.
