Booking Confirmation: All staycation bookings are subject to availability, Once a booking request is made, our team will confirm the availability of the selected dates within 24 hours.

Alternate Date Options: If the selected dates are not available, our team will promptly contact the customer to offer alternate date options.

Refund Policy: If the customer’s preferred dates are unavailable and the alternate dates offered are not suitable, a full refund will be issued upon the customer's request.

Excursions / Activities
