• Should you require valet parking, lockers, or strollers during your visit, please note that these services are available at an extra charge directly at the venue. Make use of these services to enhance your experience and ensure a hassle-free visit.
• Kindly be aware that guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks into the park. We offer a variety of dining options within the park to satisfy your cravings and ensure a pleasant culinary experience.
• Please understand that the service provider holds no responsibility in the event that any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons. While we strive to provide the best experience possible, unforeseen technical issues may arise and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
