Important Information

• Operating Hours: Warner Bros World, Abu Dhabi welcomes visitors from 12 pm to 8 pm, providing ample time to enjoy the attractions.
• Grand Mosque Accessibility: Note that the Grand Mosque is not available for visitors on Fridays, so plan accordingly.
• Dress Code: Ensure to adhere to the dress code when visiting attractions with cultural importance, such as Mosques and museums, to show respect for local customs and traditions.
• Operational Limitations: The service provider cannot be held responsible if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical issues or weather conditions, as these factors are beyond their control.
• Food and Drink Policy: Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks into the Park, but there are dining options available to satisfy your cravings.
• Identification Requirement: Remember to bring your Passport or Emirates ID card for identification purposes when visiting the park, as required for entry.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
