• Please note that operating hours may vary depending on the time of year, climate conditions, and public holidays.
• Age restrictions apply, with riders typically ranging from 12 to 65 years old. Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian on the scheduled date.
• To participate in the zipline experience, you must meet certain requirements, including a minimum height of 130 cm, a weight between 45 and 100 kg, and being in good medical condition.
• Small lockers are available for storing personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones. However, please be aware that there is limited space and no provision for larger items like shopping bags or luggage. Remember to clear your locker after completing the ride.
• While you're welcome to share your experience live, please note that the use of mobile phones is only allowed up until the take-off platform. Mobile phones will not be permitted during the zipline experience itself.
• For safety reasons, the use of personal cameras is not allowed. However, our professional camera crew will capture your entire adventure. A camera will be attached to your helmet, and a personalized video and photos will be sent to the email address used during registration.
• Please keep in mind that availability is subject to demand. To secure your spot, we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance, as the XLine ride tends to be very popular.

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment

• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.

• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
