• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city.
• If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
• The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times
• Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
• pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.

Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment

Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.

Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
