What to Anticipate:

Before embarking on your gyrocopter flight, you'll have the opportunity to meet your experienced pilot, who will walk you through essential safety instructions. You'll also be weighed to ensure you meet the maximum weight limit of 100 kg and asked to present your ID card to confirm that you're at least 17 years old. These are two critical prerequisites for participating in a gyrocopter Dubai flight.

Once these formalities are complete, you'll take your seat alongside the pilot in the gyrocopter. Your 20-minute flight will treat you to panoramic views of Dubai's urban landscape. It's important to note that the gyrocopter can accommodate only one passenger, in addition to the pilot, making it a solo adventure like no other.

Important Information

• A valid ID needs to be provided upon check-in.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking/flight time to the location.
• The time mentioned on your reservation confirmation is the time you need to arrive at our location.
• Please note for the Gyrocopter flight the age should be 17 years old or older and the Weight should be 100 kg or less.
• Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised; t-shirts/tops must have sleeves.
• Sneakers or sports shoes are ideal for your skydiving. Please make sure your shoes don't have any buckles or studs on them.
• Phones, Cameras, or Selfie Sticks are allowed on board of open-style gyrocopters for safety reasons.
• Low-cut tops, sleeveless tops, collared shirts, crop tops or short shorts, Sandals, boots or heeled/platform shoes are not allowed.
• Gyrocopter operations can be suspended due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. You can reschedule the booking as per your availability.

Child Policy

• Children under 17 years will be considered children and not allowed for this activity.
• Children above the age of 17 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

1. Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
4. Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
5. Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
