For those who may not be familiar with KidZania, it's a unique theme park designed specifically for children, albeit one without rides, slides, or similar amusements. What sets KidZania apart and makes it truly exciting is its innovative concept, which artfully combines real-world professions and educational experiences with entertainment. Here, children aged 4 to 16 can embark on an adventure into the world of adults within a vibrant, interactive environment.

Important Information

• It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the activity for verification purposes.
• Kindly note that entry to Kidzania is restricted to only those adults who are accompanying at least one child. This policy ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
• For the safety of children, those below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• We kindly request that you refrain from bringing outside food and beverages into the Kidzania premises. There is wide variety of food choices available for children within the premises.

Child Policy

• Children between the ages of 1 to 16 will be considered as Children and charged the Child rate.
• Children above the age of 17 will be considered an adult and charged adult rates.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
