Important Information

• No Outside Food and Drinks: Guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks into the park.
• No Refunds: There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Plaza Level Facilities: The Plaza level provides convenient amenities such as ATMs, prayer rooms, nurseries, feeding areas for infants, and designated smoking areas.
• Additional Services for a Fee: The venue offers valet parking, lockers, and strollers for an additional charge.
• Non-Liability for Technical Issues: If any attraction component is not operational due to technical reasons, the service provider is not held liable.
• Please Note: Every Friday from 1:00 pm until 10:00 pm is designated as Ladies Night.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
