Important Information

• The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only. Retail, arcade games, F&B not included.
• Each ride at VR parks can be accessed only once (Repetition not allowed).
• The minimum height requirement for adults is over 120 cm and for children is under 120 cm.
• An adult or a Guardian must always accompany children during the tour or attraction visit.
• Guests should arrive 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time, depending on your Pass.
• The Pass is not transferable or refundable.
• Please bring Passport or Emirates ID for verification

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable Activities: Activities marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund method: Incase of refund, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment
• Processing time: Refunds may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Quality and satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
